Free Shipping

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping (Approximately 3 to 6 business days) on most orders over $150. Additional charges will apply for overnight and bulk shipments. You will be notified by phone or email if your merchandise has additional charges.

Delivery Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 4-6 business days. (subject to stock availability). Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Weekend orders are shipped the next business day. Oversized Merchandise may require extra time for delivery. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and provided with an estimated ship date.

Back-Ordered Items
Occasionally, some merchandise may be on back order. You can view the availability in your shopping cart during checkout. You will be notified if your merchandise is on back order by email or phone.

Occasionally, an item is discontinued and no longer available. We will notify you by e-mail or phone and cancel that item from your order. You will not be charged for any discontinued items.

International Orders
We do not ship international at this time. We ship only in the United States and accepts credit cards only from US financial institutions.

Returns
Refunds or Exchanges
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning the product for a refund or exchange for another product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will reimburse you for the original cost of the product (initial shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed).

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with original documentation, merchandising tags and suitable for resale. Any merchandise not suitable for resale will not be accepted and you will have the choice of instructing us to:

  1. Return the product to you at your cost
  2. Abandoning the product.
    A re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the product and shipping charges will be charged.

A Return Authorization (RA) number MUST be obtained from our customer service for ALL returns. Merchandise will not be accepted without an approved (RA) number.

360 USA Inc. will ONLY pay return shipping costs if merchandise shipped in error.

We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail. Please make sure your package is sent with a tracking number to avoid loss or confusion.

Defective Products or Incorrect Order Fulfillment
If you are returning the product because you received a damaged or defective product, or because we sent you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange the product at no cost to you.

If the product proves to have not been damaged or defective, and we sent you the correct order, you will have the choice of instructing us to:

  1. Return the product to you at your cost, plus reimbursement of the return shipping costs to us;
  2. Abandoning the product.
    A re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the product and shipping charges will be charged.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed we work quickly to get the order processed and shipped. We will attempt to stop your order before it ships but we cannot make any guarantees. The best way to contact us to stop an order is by email.
