How do I place an order?
The quickest and preferred method is to use our secure website. Its easy-to-follow menus will speed you through the order process. However, if you want to place a telephone order, simply call us at:

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you would like to pay by check, contact us at (866) 411-4360, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST. We will gladly accomodate you, but we will ship the merchandise after you check clears.
What is the cost of shipping?
For a limited time we offer Free UPS ground shipping on most orders over $150. Additional charges will apply for overnight and bulk shipments. You will be notified by phone or email if your merchandise has additional charges.
When will my order ship and when can I expect it?
Delivery Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 4-6 business days. (subject to stock availability). Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Weekend orders are shipped the next business day. Oversized Merchandise may require extra time for delivery. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and provided with an estimated ship date.
How do I return an item?
A Return Authorization (RA) number MUST be obtained from our customer
service for ALL returns. Merchandise will not be accepted without an
approved (RA) number.
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with original documentation, merchandising tags and suitable for resale. Any merchandise not suitable for resale will not be accepted. See our Policies Section for complete details.
Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed we work quickly to get the order processed and shipped. We will attempt to stop your order before it ships but we cannot make any guarantees. The best way to contact us to stop an order is by email. Please include your name and order number. If your order is successfully stopped you will receive a cancellation email.
Is this a secure website?
This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. We exercise great care in providing safe transmission of your information from your computer to our servers (unless sent by a means outside of our control, such as e-mail). When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected.
Who will the billing agent be on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will list the billing agent as: 360 USA Inc. If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card, please call us first and we will be happy to assist you.
Are you aware of online fraud?
Yes, 360 USA Inc. takes online fraud and identity theft very seriously. All orders will be put through a Fraud Examination. Any Customer may be contacted and requested to provide additional information.
